Nimble Transfer e-payment processor was created to make payments, mutual settlements and e-currency transfers by using digital certificates (ETSS).

E-payment system participant is a person who registered and accepted system terms and conditions.

There are three types of ETSS, which assigned abbreviations: USD, EUR, RUB.

ETSS - conventional unit, whose members operate within the system NimbleTransfer.

Digital certificate is a numeric value, that may be fractional.

ETSS looks as: an integer or a numeric with two decimal separators.

1,00 USD – the equivalent of the U.S. Dollar

1,00 EUR - Euro equivalent

1,00 RUB - Russia's ruble equivalent

Transaction characteristics:

ETSS transfer within the system is carried out immediately.

ETSS transfer within the system is irrevocable.

System comission for the implementation of each transaction is 0.6%, but not less than 0.01 conditional units, no other comissions.

Limit to amount carried by the account per month is not authenticated users is 15 000 usd or equivalent.

Dynamic exchange rate.

There is a posibility of exchanging one kind of ETSS to another inside the system.

The exchange rate is dynamic. It is setting in real time and bases on market data at the moment of exchange operation. When processing unilaterally exchange operation, 0.6% comission from the amount is charged.

SSL-certificate protects the connection and information transfer within the system.
